Default how do i prime my turbo

i should hope fully be starting the cossie tonight and just wanted to know how to make sure the turbo is going to be primed so as not to do any damage.its a saff cos with t34

This is how I do my XRT:
take the oil return pipe off, remove the spark plugs crank engine over unitl oil flows out of the return, re-assemble.



(if the engine hasnt been started recently it will take quite a while as the filter might have drained)

Yep exactly that....

I just disconect the coil and turn it over for ten seconds to give it chance to lubricate all parts.

Hope it starts

Have you got new oil and filter as this is advisable fitting a new turbo ??

iv taken a few photos of the engine going back in(not when it come out cos i was pissed off with it), i hope it starts too, if it does ill put a post up and hopefully get some pics up aswel cheeRS

I'd take the hose off the compressor housing, grab the nut in the middle of the compressor, hold it, take coil lead off, oil feed pipe off, turn engine over, till oil comes out feed pipe.
