Best Bonding to stick carbon paneling on to metal ?

Best Bonding to stick carbon paneling on to metal ?
Looking at arch protectors for my rear arches, cut out some protectors, just need to stick them on and didn't want to use pop rivets....
Any one any idea's ?
No more nails be good enough ?

Try stickaflex mate , they use to bond on bodykits etc

After you being such a bufty dave, i would have thought you would have filled a bucket for me whilst knocking one out over some crackle finish....
aint stickaflex more of a sealant rather than a bonding thing tho ?

As long as the primers have eteched both surfaces, its ace, and takes about 8 mins to go off to hold most bits

I'd go with stickaflex. It's great stuff, I use it all the time. You can buy it from any car paint supplier, or any boat shops.....

dont use silicone sealant as the solvents in it corrode metal.
sikaflex is used for bonding panels on and windscreens in, its correct name polyurethane sealant sikaflex is the trade name.

Dingaling, try some Wickes ultimate sealant and adhesive, thats wot holds my arches on and i can lift the car with them
I used Sikaflex and they fell off

dingy, tryand get hold of the sealer thats used to bond in windscreens, it's called P.U, you can get it from the ford dealers and it's shit hot!
I have an unused tube in my shed if you want it? just a couple of quid for the postage!

most polyurethane windscreen glue requires primer, it will still stick well without it, but with the primer, that aint comin off
