Rebate - Pah, I usually get a fooking letter starting ---

Dear Mr tax payer.

You have not paid enough tax this year so we will make your tax code this.
So you can pay for my wages have new roads built bla bloa bla epf;a

 

£540!! was well chuffed as only though it would be about £40! lol

 

You bastid! You beat my by £3 Few years ago I got one for £1010

got my first rebate recently in the region of £1200

all fooking gone now tho

 

It was actually for the 00-01, 02-03, 03-04 tax period! Had to chase it up tho or i would of got nought

 

how come you overpaid in the first place? surely your personnel department should have picked up on it?

 

i had a 250quid rebate after i been workin for me company for about 4 months n noticed i was on emergency tax code!

then my dad (who is also called jim galbally stupid fookin cockney tradition) found the cheque, thought it was his, n cashed it into his account...

 

i got just over £3000 yes three thousand pounds spread over two months,back in 1993

 

The most I ever recieved was £450, bit crap when you consider your's LOL.

 

absolutely fuck all.. although im still on a student tax code (well i dont pay tax) on my second job!
My mat has just got a rebate of nearly $2500 hes in australia at the mo

 

£350, and it took me 19 months to actually receive it back!

 

st3v3- £3000!!!!! Now i want more!!
