ok, so what do i need to do to sort it??

its got a power boost valve on it, so should i adjust that??

also, its got probe idling at the mo, it seems the breather from the block is collapsing, now i have replaced half of it with some much stiffer tube, but aint got enough for the rest.

could that be causing it???

it wont hold constant revs at idle, it jumps from nearly stalling (sometimes does) to about 1.5k rpm

faulty idle speed control valve , lamda sensor or coolant temp sensor. see if you can borrow some of these to try

If the shonky power boost valve is giving more fuel pressure than std (almost deffo is if jus been bashed on without a RR sesh) then thats main reason for overfueling id say.

Maybe it was overfueling a bit which killed the lamda early, which made it worse.

The sensors thing ian said is a good possibility too

the power boost valve was fitted by the last owner and it also has a dastek unichip, it has been mapped on a RR.

so the dodgy vaccum wont cause it to run rich while its spluttering away trying to idle then?
