Am i doing any good if i....
i do the following
- Put a catch tank into my standard breather system and block off the part of the metering unit where the breather plumbs back into
- Remove all boost and turbo pips and clear out any oil in them
- remove and flush out my intercooler to remove any oily film build up (engine wash etc)
- Injector cleaner
- Clean throttle body with carb cleaner
is it worth me doing the above or am i just gonna waste a few hours in doing so
cheers

Depends how bored you are.
I often clean my thottle body out, makes it run better than when it's full of crap. I'm not sure fitting a catch tank to your breather will do anything, don't know though. I'd just make it into an open air system.

i would put a catch tank in, one less potential air leak to worry about!
i used to get oil dribbling out my oil filler cap but after fitting a breather tank its stopped.
