Default Turbo to manifold nuts

My turbo to manifold is blowing slightly, do I need to replace the nuts when I refit it or do I need new ones? Also is there any thing I can put between the faces when I refit it to make it last a bit longer

apparently there is something that you can get from Garret but 99% dont have anything between ther due to the extreme heat. have you tried tightening the nuts?

As said, there were locking washers originally under the nuts, so I can't really see them coming loose.
