Ive just got myself a ersts2 and its got the following done to it....
2.0L zvh low comp engine
gas flowed/ported head
kent cam/vernier pulley
t3 hybrid cossie turbo running 17psi
5th inj( not running @mo)
3" bore exhaust 4" pipe (magnex)
approx 230 bhp ish
I believe its still got thestandard intercooler fitted ( no pics yet sorry)

my question is what sort of uprated intercooler would u recommend?

 

Get A GRS Motorsport twin pass cooler on there.

Wont have anywhere near 230bhp with a standard cooler

 

looks like ill be getting a grs one then or similar

You don't need to go mad on boost with a ZVH to get good figures. I know a lad who made 239 @ 14psi and that's in (just) standard intercooler territory.

You won't go far wrong with a GRS although if it was my cash the full front Pace intercooler would get my money

 

your running 17psi on the std cooler?

 

Didn't see the 17psi ACT's must be sky high

 

17 psi on a standard interwarmer!!!

 

Thats what i thought, hes done everything else apart from the intercooler , the car wont be driven hard at all til its sorted, or when i take it to be setup ill get them to turn he boost down
