minor problem really but just though if anybody could shed some light on my problem

when i set the interior lights to come on when the doors opening it works fine, however when im driving along and i brake then the lights will come on.

anybody had this problem before know where the problem is likely to be residing?

is the slider switch worn ?

could just be a simple case of getting another one to see if there is a difference.
