For those of you that dont know where it is The Bull public house in Aborfield on 25th January @ 7.30pm onwards. The post code is RG2 9QD so you can look it up on multimap for directions. Its on the main road (A327) just on the outskirts of Reading in Aborfield.

If you have any ideas to make it better then feel free to bounce them around instead of just knocking it as thats what its all about ..its memebers that make it is what it is, not individuals

 

always a good nite there for everyone that comes down new or not at any of the meets

 

well to start with how about a stand for people to join the rs owners club a spares stall booklets mags etc instead of just standing around

 

i think with attitudes like this it would put people off
seeing as the people that go there havent got that kind of attitude and you think it is crap lets hope you will stay away so not to make the meet any worse than you think it is already

I cant see the value in doing RSOC membership as its nothing to do with them in anyway whatsoever but if you think a spares stall booklets mags etc, is a good idea, then do you fancy doing it or at least helping out?

I hardly think were going to leggit inside if someone with spiky hairs turns up ..why didnt he come in like everybody else?

Like I said above, I'll listen to any suggestions but if your on here to take the piss or on the wind up, then you can feck right off as I dont do games but if your genuine and want to meet people with the same interest in cars as you, then pop along to the next one and I'll personally introduce you to everyone there ..cant say fairer than that can I?

First, if none comes to you when you are at a meet, why not come to us? Works both ways you know

And the meets in Arborfield and Harefield are NOT RSOC meets, so the stand for sign up and all is a no no Your nearest RSOC meets are either Surrey or Middlesex (which incidentally was tonight I believe). There is an "Oxfordshire, something and Berks" RSOC but don't know if they have any meets of any sort and where.

Anyhow, as we are all a bunch of nice people who don't judge anyone, don't hold a grudge (not for long anyway), are always on for a good laugh and would love to know whether you moan as much in person as you do on here , please feel free to pop in Arborfield and we WILL come and corner you and make you pay Ł1 (50p if I am in a good mood) for one of Paddy's famous and well prized newletters. Then we will talk to you!!

When i went to the first meet i had people come up and said hello and it went on from there

As for standing around well thats part of the night have a look @ other cars that have turned up ect EG Rod Terrys And so on But if you not into that stay @ home and read your mags or go down Halfords carpark and do want you like

sorry to jump on ya thread Nath but last months middx meet was one of the best ones ive enjoyed and it was a good giggle with loads that havent been b4 and they all had a good nite... mingle people lol

Got to say, a BIG UP to you all. Met some real sound people at this meet, the Middx meet (not Rob or Rad ) and Saaarfend! Not only has it been a top laugh that usually decends into a piss taking session i've been offered help from people i hardly knew. All that from a non-Ford driver/owner.

Meeting people for the first time is never easy, but i'd say make the effort for these lot
