The air deflectors on the truck you're pulling look close to the trailer.

i used to do recovery - lift n shift was quite easy really, coaches are hard ifyou have to low load them, but the best ( or worst ) are units on there side, you have some very heavy equipment at sparks iirc - some nice gear, have you got any large holmes overhead booms , i used a unit once , a renault magnum with a massive underlift, huge grids on the back to keep the fooker stable when using the twin over heads for righting commercials.

tis an art to right a unit without it going back over on you

Apprentice error!! 1st rule of tilting cabs is always check that there is nothing in the cab that can go through the screen!!

Thats one thing i've wanted to do for a long time. Heavy Recovery, bit more varied than ya usual motorway tramping.

Theres 2 companie that we use for recovery, they have some impressive equipment.

Cool, always thought it would have been a nightmare! Does it have a towing load? IE if some trucks was fully loaded u wouldnt be able to take them etc?

with that truck i can't pic up a fully loaded tipper well i can but not safe as ur picking up alot ov weight
wheres as an artic i'm only picking up the cab bout 7ton roughly and pulling the rest
with that truck a 44 ton artic is bout the weight limit but have towed heavier low loaders

obviously u need to brake the towing vehicle if heavy so there brakes assist
