been lookin at rs500 style intercoolers for a 2wd saff.
The mounting points look like they will fit where the radiator mounts on to.......do i have to modify the rad mount (or worse still-move it) to accomodate the new FMIC?

Normally on a saff the radiator sits on the front two treaded holes, the radiator then needs to be moved to the rear two holes already there in the chasis leg then the cooler mounts on the front two holes the cooler normally comes with extended intercooler pipes so that you can use your existing silicone hose. Some cars have already had coolers fitted in the past and so the rad is sometime in the back holes already so no need to move

You may need th trim the mounts on the cooler but no big deal, standard pipes will be fine as long as you stick to standard size in/outlet's
normal hoses should fit fine. there are 4 holes in total for mounting.
2 forward most are where the rad originally sits and the 2 behing them are for where the rad is moved to, the FMIC then bolts into the rads original position. very easy to do. i left my rad swinging so i could manouvre the cooler around it easier, then when i had it infront just bolted them where they had to go.
