Default Anyone here ever helped coach / run a footie team?

I have set up a work team, and am looking for some drills and info on correct way to cross, shoot etc as we have an 11-a-side match in circa 6wks and I have set up some training sessions but want to be properly prepared etc, so if anyones ever coached or help run or train a team can i ask where you got your drills and info from please?

Gra, I play Saturday league football so I'll ask the boss when I'm at training

fyi. we train twice aweek. First session is Cardio, Classroom (locker room) for tactics, updates and info on the weekends upcoming match.. players etc and a few vids if we have them) then set pieces (corners, free's, pens and offside traps) on the pitch

second session is a game basically

hope this helps
