did it work on an exchange basis?
My head was already a Stage 3 and was re-specced to a Stage 4 to suit my new Turbo whilst Karl was re-building my engine a few months back. Not sure what the other lads think, but I certainly noticed a large difference between the Stage 3 & Stage 4 but thats also down to hours and hours of live mapping

Dont think he's ignorant etc he just might be busy at the moment.
His heads are awesome and to be honest a good ZVH or CVH is lost without one.. I have had the pleasure of owning a car with one, seeing the finished article many times and being passenger in loads of cars with them in good stuff and worth the wait- which there will be.
jake
I have 2 off them dunno what the spec is now lol things change so fast lol deffo recommend 1 imo the stage 4 head with correct turbo, compression and fuel set up which was my first set up 250 hp etc was the BEST ,on the road mint to drive very little lag and fast too get 1 on order .Pound for pound that was the best set up for the money ive spent

If you emailed and got no reply it was'nt anything personal, it's just I get a lot of emails (more than 40 a day normally) and its hard to find time to respond to everyone, especially when its just for advice etc.
With regard to not doing them any more this is partially true..............
To set the record straight about a year ago I was literally sick of all the autotrader wrecks turning up thinking they were going to leave with a 200bhp perfect runner.................it started to demoralise me and Stu @ MSD will know all too well what Im on about, as we moan about this a lot!!!
Anyway I decided that from now on all RST's I actually setup and work on will be vetted....i.e. I chose the good ones to work on and turn away the rotten smokey snotters.
However I still support RST's fully and am always pushing the boundries of the CVH engine. I am expanding my range of products for them, and produce more engines and heads etc than ever!! Its just I'm trying to keep the standard up rather than degrading down to working with what are essentially death traps with no brakes, and usually no tax and MOT!!!!

Shit Hot.
mine made 210bhp on 13psi with a STD cam @ 6k before it hit the limiter, power was still climbing........ Other RST's running on the day had much more boost, and less than 200hp, so rollers were accurate.
less lag than std too

Karl did the head on my old RST, as well as help spec the rest of the engine. To say I was chuffed with my first run at brunters was an understatement - 153mph. Nothing by todays standards, but this was still on MFI and a T3

Has Karl got the little one wielding the spanners already?. For those hard to get places even Karl can't climb in and reach
