Default Best spark plugs for ERST ???

Hello, i cant remember what plugs to get for my RST. I think i was using Saff 4x4 or Esc Cos plugs something PP8 ???

Car running std engine and about 18psi

Anyone know the finis number for the plugs i was using

Wot is wrong with the standard ford plugs as they seem ok for 600bhp cossies. Sure they will be fine for a s2. Part number AGPS 071 C If you have any trouble getting them i can sort them out as i have them here.

I'd say they were gapped wrong then mate.Nothing wrong with the plugs themselves. But each to there own.
