i have gave up on new years day. Had my last spliff at 6am.

Then i couldnt take it any longer had one yesterday in the evening.

Im stuck at work now and am the only one here and this is the point where i would normally go out for one.

Was actually considering rolling one

 

stick with it ran..

couple of mates that smoke that stuff day in day out.. have decided to go without for a month there a wreck right now and its only been a couple of days 1st jan was ok as that was a downer day.. so sterted on 2nd jan... struggling but say they feel alot more with it, and want to actually do things

 

My friend used to smoke and gave up after chest infection.

Then he gave up giving up and started to smoke again.

After another infection he has given up again so technically he has given up, given up, giving up which is all good.

 

im feeling the need after reading Ginge's posts

gonna go cold turkey tomorrow.. what a waste of cash, and ive started to hate the smell.. gets everywhere

 

I've never smoked so obvisouly dont have a problem giving up but my uncle went to a hypnotherapy session and stopped smoking immediately!

He hasn't restarted again either! My sis' boyf is in for a session aswell, see how he gets on!

 

yeah alot of people have said that hypnosis works.. but its all abit freaky for me

i gave up 3 weeks ago this friday
been out on the piss loads over xmas and not even been tempted
no books, no patches, no tablets etc
its called will power combined with wanting to stop

thats was quite good to watch
