also ive got a standard airbox with a kn element, is it worth getting a kn cone filter?, and its not running a dump valve is that a bad thing?, would putting a baileys piston style one be a worthwhile mod? cheers

cone filters are good when on the move but soak in hot air when idling so make sure its getting cool air, and theirs no need for a pump valve we hate them

Drill the cold side of airbox and you'll be fine.

Only fit a dump valve if you want to sound like a bus there is NO performance or safety gained by fitting one on an RST

If its 18 PSI on low, dont turn it up - otherwise your rs ownership stage of your life will come to an expensive end, 2 Stage boost controllers usually half the PSI, so if your running 18 psi on low, high will be 36 psi which i dont think works out

for example, my low boost is 13 psi, and my high is 26 - 27, but sometimes on a nice cold morning or night, it will boost 30 psi - now thats fun !

MIne hit 30 on the way to Southend one night. I stopped and turned the boost down. Saddly too much as it was only holding 15psi
