Depends on the Defi... My Defi I think cost about £140 for the gauge alone. The control unit is about £70 and the oil pressure will be about £160 new.

The normal 60mm Defi's are cheaper than the BF range by about £30 - £40 depending on the gauge.

That defi one looks cool. The only thing that lets it down is that fact it looks a bit too modern for the car: but needed in your case Tony. Top bit of kit tho

Turboboss: how the hell do you concentrate with all that lot goingoff infront of your face ??

I've got the usual nomad in A-pillar pod fitted.
Works for me tho.

Simple looking. Nice white face. Suits the car. Bit like me..lol.

As for accuracy: gonna be one of the more modern one I think using more-refined technology. Best ones are prob items like turbo-timers which have digital output to decimal places, unlike the gauge/needle type.

Nomad are a very good gauge and well priced too

A digital gauge is only as good as the sender it comes with.

Nomad Gauge

Only bad thing is poor back-lighting at night. And they are screw-in bulbs so not easy to upgrade

Make a wooden plate to fit inside the hole where the coin tray would sit. Cover it with material. Buy a nomad gauge and fit inside the panel. Job done.
