i have frst chipped running 180bhp i just done a oil change using fully snythenic 5w 30 this should be ok oil yeah???

 

5w 30 is very thin for a cvh i used that stuff in my zetec 2i wouldn't dream of putting it in my rst lol

but i don't actually remeber off the top of my head what oil to use some one will answer ya soon enough though lol
