I'll ignore the shit thats just been spouted

Stage 1 - Usually one of two configurations. Either a std turbo bit with uprated seals and bearing, or std seal and bearing with a larger compressor - nearly always the former.

Stage 2 - 360 thrust bearing, staggered gap oil seal, and 55 trim compressor wheel with a std rear end.

Stage 3 - as above, but sometimes with a 60 trim wheel and always a 48 rear end

u wouldnt call it anything as such. The stg 1-3 are pretty universal, as they work well for most people. There a loads of different combo's of turbo bits, so it's to state the full spec when u are talking about a specific need. A t3 with a 63 back is a a laggy turbo with a small powerband - the smaller back pressure is pretty redundant as the compressor is out of it's efficiency zone.
