Mould it isn't, you can see the blur in middle of camera shot, it's just a reflection

I'd agree that it hasn;t been under cover though, they'd be obvious rubbing marks on the car, even at that distance!

 

And it was a Cat D 8 years ago in 1996......... wouldn't ever be a Cat D nowadays...

 

needs full paint plus half side put on scraper! make £500 breaking

 

cat d is repairable salvage, same as cat c-but nowadays cat c cars need a vic check prior to applying for log book.

i have seen heavier damaged cars than that on a cat d (cat d is lowest rated of damage btw), a lot are more damaged than that and also unrecorded!
