I am buliding a hi spec cosworth transit. I have been doing it now for about 1 1/2 years and i need a gaerbox that will hold out around 600hp. the van will be rear wheel drive. the other people who have done cossie transits just leave the normal transit box and axel in them but i can see them lasting too long.
Another idea that was put foward to me was to put the escort cosworth 4x4 gears into the transit caseing. but when reading a fast ford mag some had put the transit gears into his cosworth box. which combenation is better.
