Default The body kit on my RS1800

Does any one know how the standard RS1800 side skirts are fastened on etc? Thanks in adavance any help would be kindly appreciated.

I beleive they are riveted mate

yeh they should be riveted on but if they have been taken off at some point the may have been bonded back on if the arches didint have much mettle left due to corrotion!!

Anyone got pics of where the side skirts are riveted on?

Im going to try and fit mine soon - are the rivets through the lower part of the sill underneath the car along with being in the door shut?

yes, open the door u will see a series of holes, and also under the car.
ford still sell the original black rivots too.
