private plate

if i have a g reg 1989 car, and want to put a private plate on it, is there any limitations as to what i can have?

if ur putting a cherished plate on it m8,u will not b able 2 put any letter at the start of the plate past g on it(with it being a g reg obviously)anything under a g is fine!
