As long as theres no hidden suprises in the rust department your onto a winner matey

 

no nasty surprises, underneath was all zeibarted and is solid, was sittin in a barn for a few years i beleive, 64k on the clock, just a bit rusted where wings meet slam panel, get them replaced, and a couple of doors (which my mate has a pair) get a full respray to freshen whole car up and im laughing. gutted i went and sold the s1 decal set i had

last time i saw it i remember looking at the tax disc in the window and the last time it was taxed was 97

 

well thats the car, and she is gonna get treated well, but i will need to find a decent bodyshop that can replace the panels properly and not leave welding scars visible everywhere, and respray too, so any1 recommend anywhere near glasgow?

 

any1 know of a good bodyshop then? also lookin for a good place to fit a decent alarm to her and what does STFU mean? is it 'shut the fuck up'?

Cant remember the alarm company he works for, but give him a ring, he'll do you a good deal on the alarm, He came to my door, fitted my alarm and did an excellent job of it!

johnny mate i know a shithot painter from gartcosh hes expensive but his work is the some of the best i've seen

a 3 door cos was in a couple of weeks ago and he also restored a mk2 rs2000 not that long ago
