Diamond cut with painted inserts

This is done by painting the whole wheel, then machining the front face, then applying coat of lacquer.

Needs to be done at a fixed site refurb company, mobile guys like ourselves cannot do this due to lacquer used.

Sorry to say that some mobile companys say they can, it wont last, i promise you.

Pristine, lepsons or oce i can reccomend

why not mate, 2k lacquer is about the best you can get, for clearness, shine, and durability.

what do you suggest mate

Is it your own company or a biggie like chips away, what area you cover,

Not legally allowed to... I am aware how good 2k is, though there are ALOT of legal restrictions regarding 2k... If you arent aware already BE VERY careful...

No worries mate, im well aware of how nasty 2k is,

All my vans are fitted with 5 stage filter spraybooths, stops any nasty stuff going outside, and all my lads have proper suits, gloves and air fed masks.

Over 18k of equipment in each van, no messing with that 2k stuff, its the bad boy of our trade. All our equpment in iso approved and HSO tested.

Cheers for warning anyway buddy.

ps---sorry to kev h for hijacking his post.
