Default B+M quickshift..... any good?

Am thinking about buying one of these but was wondering how people have found them and if there worth justifying the £150+ for the kit?

Cheers, Mark

The nasty bearing/bush held in by the 2 rubber 'o' rings fell to bits with its first use in competition, since I have modified it, its been fine since.
