B+M quickshift..... any good?

Am thinking about buying one of these but was wondering how people have found them and if there worth justifying the £150+ for the kit?

Drove a mates S1 with one in and my own standard linkage feels like crap now

i had a quick shift linkage on my old civic and it was great and it only cost 20quid brand new off ebay too.

Quickshifts are a bit different on the Fords though mate hence the 150 quid price tag
