Do you have to have a 90 spec front bumper for a big mouth cut out???

So you just cut the two sides away and at the bottom then do you fibre glass where you have cut away? Or just use body filler? or both?

just trim the top and bottom bits but leave the centre large piece in place.that way the car will look better with the number plate in original place
