What happens if you pay one in?

Will it show up striaght away when then push it into the system to put it into your bank account?

or does it take several days?

Just someone wants to send me a cheque and there overseas, so im very dubious as to whether he's genuine.

best thing to do is go to one of them place's that cash cheques straight away.
they charge 3% i think and they will tell if it's hooky

 

just pay it in then transfer ALL the cash fromt he account to another, so if the c*nt turns out to be dodgy then you aint lost owt lol

wait till the money is in my account and then withdraw it

 

There is no time limit, you can pay a cheque in, draw on it, and weeks later your bank can contact you to advise it is fraudulent.

Tell them to do an electronic transfer into your account instead, at least you have a bit more security that way and if the person is genuine it wont bother them.
