A mate of mine just got a rear lower RS500 spolier need to know how it`s held on.

anyone got a pic of the clips/brackets underside of spolier and where they locate on the tail gate so he can make something up.

 

2 little clips at either end of the spoiler that clip then ends to the tailgate.

the rest is stuck down with adhesive tape

What the pic of the clip doesn't show is that there is a groove in the raised part that goes onto the tail gate!

PS. how do you tighting the screw do you need to drill the boot lid??

 

So would you fit it by cliping it to the tailgate then bolting it to the spoiler?

 

As Lamb chops said mate you just fit the clips onto the bootlid and then screw them to the spoiler
Fix the spoiler down with good quality body moulding tape first though!
Just as an aside i once sold a pair of those plastic clips and the caps for 80 quid
