came up in conversation i was havin with a mate the other day, just wondering what happened to it

was lookin at an old PF of FF the other day
about cossies 'where are they now'

martins car in there Mike Rainbirds old saph ETC.

there was a Red Esc cos in there that went missing and they
reckon not a single traceable part found either...

strange! cos the engine bay was full of gold coloured bits
so pretty unique i guess!!

Ford has a big presence is holland , norway, belgui and places like that so could be somewhere like that

 

what acutuallt does happen to teh bits that never turn up, they must go somewhere, otherwise what is the point of stealin git if not to break it and sell the bits, ? are there some mad bad collectors about that have teh mintest of the mintest cossies in carcoons that have been robbed, stored under ground somewhere just becasue they can ?

Yeah i remeber the red one - on gold rondells, absoltuley stunning car

Stolen parts could always have been fitted onto "chav's" cossies etc who aren't exactly enthusiasts - hence why we never hear of the parts as they aren't really in the same circles as RS enthusiasts.

I remember that car.

It was for sale for £25000 I think, and the owner believed it was nicked by a fake potential buyer.

Bruce isn't doing his escort project anymore

 

That red escos was just winched onto a pick up and taken away, in the middle of a field at a show event

 

i know ... not fair .. was so looking forward to that ... bloody selfish git

 

stupidly long shot, but was any parts quite unique to bruces car etc and is there rs forums for the other countries that u could have a quick scout around to see if u can spot anything. although im sure bruce has probably done this

cant believe that red es cos was trailered away from a show, how could some1 not notice that happenin and think 'hold on a minute'

 

afaik bruces car was nicked in the space of about 15 mins when he went into a pub

all fully alarmed, tracker, blah blah no one heard or saw anything.

Karls 3dr was Hyjacked the week before aswell...

Isnt this like a story told at every rs owners meet the rs500 that was nicked.There are lotts of opinyons on what happend to the car ive heard loads lol the most popular being insurence job.But noone will ever know for sure lol

 

Would think that an 'insurance job' is the most far fetched of them all, from what I can see Bruce was/is a true cossie enthusiast and would have had far more pleasure in driving the vehicle than having pound notes sat there for it!

 

some dodgy cooont probably has it sitting in his garage with a few other cars he's proud to have got stolen to order

 

i remember seeing bruce's houses when he was into doin barns and stuff up

he really didnt need the money of an insurance payout IMO
