Default anyone ever removed a sunroof?

is it possible to leave the glass bit there and it remain water proof, but remove all the runners and stuff?

its for a nova, ive been on the vauxhall forum and people dont seam to think it will fit with our cutting it about and welding it in lower etc.

not worth the hassle to me really.

would of been nice for 200 quid as a xmas present from the misses. but i'll have to think of something else.

i will do 1 day im sure, but it was just a thought for christmas, 200 quid for a 6 point omp fia approved cage with door bars seamed to good to not let the misses buy it for me

cowboy just weld over the roof OR fit a pop out roof if ya must

personally i think you could make brackets to hold the thing innif ya really tried superman

Just cut the legs down if you are a dab hand with the welder mate i am shore it would'nt be that differcult

welding is average at best tbh.

it didnt mean that much to me to go all out on my car for really.

just wanted to bolt it in and go.
