ok ok i'm new, but already let the side down by not driving a Blue oval!!!

Engine spec is low at the mo, Kent Race cam, Twin Valve springs, 4 branch manifold and Ashley back box, oh and K&N replacement filter.
slammed 60mm on rock solid Bilstiens, with Sparco strut brace at the front, corba Monaco Buckets and Harnesses. no carpets or sound deadning.
Before the recent engine adjustments (race cam and Springs) was running at 112bhp at Fly 80 at wheels. 1/4 mile with install was 16.4 aiming to hit sub 16s next year. oh and thats all out of a 1.6 8v GSi lump!

there are a few people on here that are quite in vauxhalls as well!
I've got a nova that is nearly a 2ltr and as many people will tell ya, that scares people with rs's.
so if u start getting the piss taken out of ya threaten them with turboing it or something and tell them to meet u at pod.
enjoy ur stay.
also dont be scraed to stick questions and views up on cars that aint fords, u'd be suprised how much repsonse and help you get in here!

i know what your saying, my mate did have a 2ltr 8v nova before he sold it. coming back from Trax, there was a Black ERST thought he'd go play with an Evo that came past us, didnt bank on a MG ZS180 and A Nova on his ass while the Evo left him. If he;s on here or anyone knows of someone in the Peterborough area with said Black ERST who took some big risks i'd just like to say your face was a picture when you saw the Red Nova over take you with some sideways action round the Xtra Services Roundabout on the A605!

the way to do it CowBoi, i'm going for a bit of a Rally look over the winter, just need to get hold of the spotlights and make the casing, then sort outt he "unloved" bits of rust!
Tim, Not sure but i might be able to find out, know a few people over that way and dont live to far away from there. i know of a guy in lincoln with a 2.5 or 3ltr V6 corsa.

Well you can make your minds up now people..... borrowed one of my post from another site, how my nova project has moved along. (long post here now!
This is an on going Project, yet again shes changing. BUt from the begining!
The Standard J Reg (1992) Mk2 GSi, this car has been unfacelifted before i bought her, but i like her like that!!
a few hours later she looked like this!!
Playing with different splitters, this one was a Mk4 Golf bottom apron that had been sat by the side of the road, was a bit too low, as that i a nokia 6510 next to it!
Its loud, trust me!
Trax 2004 - Silverstone, will be out on the track again this year!
How she is now, but a lil more stripped inside!
And one for the lads!
And finally at PVS (Performance Vauxhall Show at Santa Pod Raceway) this year with my Mates (Paul Bishop) 2ltr 8v, which is now up for sale due to new project!

yeh last tiem i saw that car was a standard fade as you like Red Corsa GSi! he told me about the V6 on MSN.Big_Wig, dude, Speedlines...... My god NNNNNNOOOO! lol nah a tad bit common for my liking, the wheels on my car i've only seen on Tigras/Calibras and 2 other novas, plus the 2 i have scrapped! so 4 other novas!

JR, whose is that???? need to tell them they need to remove the sound deadning from the front footwells! you'll be suprized at how heavy that stuff is. remove it all and you can loose 2 stone, better than going on a diet!

you might of heard of a guy called Dan R on novaload.Net with the fastest 1.6 8v nova in the UK, 14.2 1/4 mile.he had stripped his out that much, i'd rather a dash in there for every day use!
