For speed or cornering ?

Really depends on the ride height but 2 degrees negative would give you a good starting point.

Bit of both really, but mainly for traction purposes when giving it some in a straight line.

Car is on coilovers but about 30-40mm lower at the momment,

Its a set of your adj lower arms that I have fitted by the way
