Default Slight play in turbo

There is some very slight side to side platy in my Stage 2 turbo that i bought today, please dont tell me its fucked

Well, a small amount of side to side is generally ok, its in and out that is normal trouble! But pulling on the turbine like that doesn't help at all!

lol, i wasn't having a wrestling match with it just a bit of a wiggle. No in out play at all though.....phew!!!!

minor play is ok, but as adam said, in out play at all is a no no

its nothing that drastic, the guy who i bought it off said that the play will get taken up by the oil pressure???

The type of bearing inside ya turbo does rely on oil pressure to centralise the shaft. Should be fine whe fitted and running !
