yes mate it was, finally got there this year after a 4 hour drive 1st rally I have been to but will be going to a few more as it was great

 

I was stuck in the service area all day - so saw nothing

My mate comes back in with the Nova (124) and tells me he had a little off... had to get the speccy's to pull him out of a ditch.

Im in the pub later on with a gang of lads and girls who also went for the first time ever (to watch my mate in the Pug) and they begin telling me a story about having to pull a Nova out of the ditch..... How freaky

It was their first time too and they ended up rescuing about 5 cars in total

Needless to say they all loved it too Glad you had fun

 

I drove past the service area.Shame you never got to see any rallying. I never seen any cars go off. I seen the evo drive past with the damage It was good. My mates dad was in car #70. He was heading off to another rally today but the car trailering the rally car was wrote off. The subaru was a bit damaged but seems ok from what I have heard

 

Gallway Hills was on today in Scotland. Were they heading to that ??

Could have been mate. I know it was up in Scoltand. yeh me too. From what I heard the service van was also in the crash but will find more details out later. There was a car over taking a lorry in the early hours of the morning and hit them dead on. At least they are ok
