Hey peeps! just thought i would keep u updated with whats going on with the ERST...

Well ive had the Escort for about 8 months now and things are finally taking shape with it...if u remember back i bought it in COMPLETLY standard form...and now has changed quite alot in these past few months...Finance got a bit low recently so couldnt afford to do alot of work but things are looking alot more promising now

Things that have changed are:

Rear quarter windows have been changed to pop outs
Changed the Scorpion exhaust to a full Mongoose 3" bore system with a 4" tail pipe
Got a few gauges in there
Stainless Steel side sills
ST170 calipers and discs (300mm)
poly bushed front ARB
Kent CVH 34 cam
Boost set to 8psi
OZ Crono Evo 7x17's
door builds and kick panel builds each holding set of comps
Koni front adjustable shocks and chasis dynamics springs (-45mm)

thats bout all thats coming to mind lol

I have also now bought the 2L 16v zetec engine and its currently being stripped down and am waiting delivery for the steel conrods and the pistons

was gonna do a dummy run and pretend to be SOY and get a really crap top speed run in...that would have got everyone wondering whats going on

Your car is mint i love some of the touches you have made. The speakers you have in the doors where did you get the moulds from? i need some for my xr2i and they look well nice. I am loving your wheels they are the dogs.

 

Very smart, would also like to know about them speaker pods.

IIRC i paid Ł220 for the door panels and the kick builds and they were bought from audioscape (01473327510)...absolutely TOP quality!
