Glad you all like my Micra then...LOL!

My best time @ crail was actually 12.85 @ 123!

I have Mickey T's for this year, so hopefully it will run into the 11's!

Thanx all!

Dave

P.S. It isn't on throttle bodies, just a single 64mm TB but with boost to help!

I have had he car at both AVA & STAR.

It made 280 WHP @ 6500 rpm on 12 psi before it was mapped at AVA!

I then took it to STAR after it had been mapped and a few alterations to the intake side of the engine and we had several problems.

The first few times we tried to run it on the rolling road, it was actually spinning the tyres on the rollers. They added some sticky compound to the tyres and asked for a few bodies to sit on the front.

The final result we got after 4 rachet straps and 6 people on the car was 329 BHP @ 5830 rpm @ 298 lbft @ 5830 rpm. The car was still pulling itself out of thee rollers and the dybno operator didn't want to do anymore runs due to safety issues.

Now considering it made peak power at 6500 at AVA, I would estimate that it made in the region of 350 HP at 12 psi. I have now run the engine at 20 psi + water injection, so I would estimate at that level of boost to be running around 400 HP.

Cheers

Dave

P.S. Hi Andy, long time no see...U still got the RST?
