I live in Preston, can't say I have seen this car around though. I know of one white Sapph but it's a bit of a dog (understatement) and didn't seem to go that fast so can't see it being that one.

i sold that car to the guy and he has killed the car.its a fooking great engine that has been well built.i ran it with the nitrous once and it was stupid!!!!!!
im tempted to buy it back myself to put in my rs500(if the price is right!!!)

LOL! It was actually in Chorley I saw it as well!! Don't think it has quad lights on it though. Can't remember the wheels or the if it had a private plate or not. It was earlier this year sometime.

What I meant was the white Sapph I saw wasn't 400/500bhp fast, not that it wasn't fast at all.

yeh it will be me then car has been taken off the road now until march, going in a for a full respray and new wing after some twat run in the side of me.
ive gotta admit its not the tidiest of cars around but its solid underneath and has a good box and clutch in it, hopefully it will be back looking sweet soon.The engine is also being rebuilt and should be looking to put the power up to 350bhp . nice motor by the way mate

I actually remember the MIB bit now actually. The car looks mint in the pictures. I can't remember the exact state the car was in when I saw it, I just remember it not being in the best of conditions. Condition is irrelevant though if you're spending money on it to sort it out though.

You may have seen my car around Chorley actually. It's got Compomotive MO's on it (not the ones in the picture). You may have also seen my mate Trickys Sapphire on Compomotive MO's. It's Mercury Grey and that has been in Chorley quite a often.

 

I have seen a couple of S1's knocking around recently, what colour are your mo's? what power are you running?
My car aint (or wasnt) that bad really, just i never get time to clean the fucker and its allways coated in shit, even 5 mins after cleaning it so i give up

Wheels are the usual standard silver colour. You may have seen Andy's car (Series1 AJC off here) which has the diamond cut RS 7 spokes on it. My car is only about 180 bhp at the moment.

Tricky probably wanted the car for bits. He has a few things lined up. His car is off the road. Ran out of tax at the end of October and has parked it up while he sorts out a few things. He may be making a start on his 3dr soon so the Sapph may be off the road while he saves his money up.

P.S You will need more than 350bhp to keep up with his car!!

cant remember mate only spoke to him a few times, i think so though just tell him Adam with the white saff

 

why has he done something else to it recently? when i spoke to him he said he was running a T34 etc. When i raced him (i was still running stage 1) he only just got past me and we raced flat out from the lights? not saying his car was slow just i expected it to be quicker

 

Still running a T34 but he recently went from a stage 3 greens (MSD stage 2) conversion to a fully live mapped set up with closed loop lambda control, 30 odd PSI boost and 550cc injectors (bigger than greys).

A stage 3 is only around 40 bhp more than a stage 1, enough to feel faster but I'd have said it won't be massively different. Saying that, he did have a few problems with it a while back and he kept complaining that it didn't feel as fast as it was meant to be.
