bought a turbo off ebay and he put that was heavy and if ppl wanted posting would have to email and he would get a quote, To save him the hastle i emailed him before bidding and said i would arrange courior at his convienience and pay etc to which he aggeed. Courior arrives NO ONE HOME Email him countless times after and someone goes out of their way to call in (fellow pf er) but no reply, Threaten with dispute tonight and after 10 mins get this reply..........


there was people at that address on the specified days, unfortunately YOUR courier called close to 16:30 and there must not of been someone in, i thought there would be someone at that address for the whole 24 hours, i have just got back from a short stay at my 2nd home and have been informed that it has not been collected. you state that you will open a dispute, fine, if i was to arrange the courier you wouldnt have encountered any problems, so im sorry, i will not take the dispute lightly. i have in the past lost money because the postage i have stated has been to cheap. deal with this as you like, i can only appologise that there wasnt someone at the address for it to be collected



I couldnt have made it any easier for him he said someone should be in after 3pm so i asked for courior to call after then

 

people are so unhelpfull arent they especially on ebay
