Driving home today after dropping my daughters off, doing about 85-90mph on a national speed limit road, the speed limit changed into a 50mph limit. But i did,nt!! there on a bend Mr camera police man in his white van. *astard!! So am i banned or just the 3pts and fine.

i had a mishap pissing about in the snow the other night and broke my front number plate via a hedge

Yeah its touch and go mate i got done doing an average of 97-104 mph 2 years back on the m25 and all they gave me was 21 days ban and Ł210 fine, if its a first offence then they would also take that into consideration

i was caught doing 87 in a 50 (dual carriage way) 6 points and a fine

 

i was caught doing 100.4 in a 70 measured over 1/4 mile.

Was standing on the brakes to get in dowm that far

6 points & Ł600 - i did take my solicitor with me to get that

Could easily have been a ban

Even if you get a ban it would probably only be 8 weeks as is what my pal got for doing 118 on his bike.

depends on how many warning signs there were, they hav to let you know there is a speed trap operating in the area, the guy on top gear said so last night
