Oh my god.................... I really cannot believe how disgraceful your service towards your customers is. I have had the most awful time trying to pay my bills with yourself, its is outragously disgusting.

This is the third or fourth time you have barred my service for non-payment of my bill.

The thing is, I dont think you actually realise that the reason there is no money in my account when you try to extract it is due to the fact that I haven't received my email bill for over 3 months now. If I have no prior notification then how am I supposed to put the correct amount in ready for retreival??

I am so angry and I am atually quite glad that I could not get through to you on the telephone, despite serveral attempts.


May I suggest that somebody calls me immediately to aquire payment by means of switch so that I may call out on my phone. This is a necessity at the moment as I have just dropped my wife off at the airport as she is on her way to america and need to call her at 6am.

Please do not send me an email reply as I will have no internet access now until monday morning.

O2 are cunts i spend an hour on hold and then they couldn't hepl me with what i needed. I should have stayed with voda

i like em... they gave me Ł75 for been a loyal customer!! they give me a freephone number for customer service and i never have to queue for long.

but they are crap at taking money out though!!

its illegal for them to take any money from you without any notice of them taking the money from you

this has happened to me and a freind of mine, both of us complained and had some money refunded and free upgrade on any phone as and when we want it

they can sort it and will cos if they dont they are fooked

And we all that 3g were bad; let me tell you they aint!!!!!!

 

I'm on 3g and they're not that bad but they could be better. The biggest prob with them is the customer services staff in India don't have a clue. Basically they say one thing then do another and it pisses me right off at times!

 

i have been ob o2 online and changed cos of billing probs too. 3g is shite too cos of the staff and cos the network is poor!
im back on 02 just from the shops which has been good apart from you dont get such a good deal for your money eg free mins and txts

 

O2 are meant to send u a bill by email??

I have had a contract with them for over a year and i still aint got 1.

I got fed up with them taking a direct debit whenever they felt like it, so i stopped it. They do let u know your bill is overdue tho..lol.

Heres a tip when trying to get thru: Make all calls from your mobile, that way u get thru to customer services within a few secs

 

I got a free 300 text sim of their site awhile back, last monday i decided to swap over from orange to the o2 sim as orange are so expensive on pay as you go.
6 days and numerous phone calls later and my phone still doesnt work.
Theyve fucked up the number port 3 times, if its not on by monday they will be getting a very irate phonecall

 

No they wont m8, cos its near on impossible to get thru unless ur actually using an o2 phone

 

Ive rung them over 5 times so far, each time someone has answered the phone within literally 2 seconds! Thats the only thing that has impressed me so far.....
