My S1, acrilite pistons,cvh 34 cam,polished and ported head,-31 actuator,cone filter.pace intercooler(small) NOT FRONT,hybrid turbo running 2wd cozy internals,2 stage boost,8 low 18 high 200bhp

1.7 bar i was running


when i get the me little resto bit done should have boost controller in so will be able to turn it up abit

Ahmed bayjoo fully mapable chipped ecu running 20psi
Full Mongoose stainless steel exhaust system
Custom ram air induction kit
Uprated bigger intercooler
Full samcos


Where do you get this 2 stage boost from ? as i want it to run about 7psi norm and 20psi on high.

jamsport inlet manifold with 2wd cossie tb and light blue injectors

my engine isnt finished yet but im planning 2 bar from my Esc Cos t34 on zetec turbo with steel bits, cams, headwork, tubular manifold, m16 inlet etc

i havent got any of the tailpipes on the car but they look bit like this only longer.

My spec once I got my shell back will be

Cossie management, 803's, standard bottom end with de-comp plate, standard T3 and 2wd coolers untill i get my money for my PROPER engine, hoping for 300+bhp that spec

Only difference is the Felpro headgasket died and has been replaced with a genuine Ford jobby. 25psi, 248bhp and 265lb torque

1618cc CVH, stage 2 big valve head (ported and polished), Newman cam, solid lifters, piper vernier, wire ringed block, lowered compression(7.5:1), ARP conrod Bolts, heavy duty bearings, high pressure oil pump, AVA ecu, 7000rpm limiter, AVA modified fuel system, AVA high flow tubular manifold, T28 turbo, 360 bearing, reshaped cosworth front pipe, AVA Large capacity intercooler, samco water and boost hoses, magnecor leads, magnex exhaust, modified airbox, AP 4 paddle clutch.

240 bhp with 16psi boost

overview....2.1 zvh, stage 3 big valve head, accralite oversized pistons, Piper T2 cam and pulley, stage 3 hybrid T3 turbo, Radtec FMI, Scorpion 3", Omex 500 management on EFI

proven 235hp at 14psi



This is all before it came of the road end of october...expect few changes after the new year

mines in the process of bein built!

2.1 zvh
steel rods
forged pistons
l & b bottom end
custom head, the usual big valves and massive ports all match to inlet and exhaust manifolds
custom newman cam with double valve springs and solid lifters
t34 hybrid
p8, anti lag, coil pack and motorsport blue injectors
water injection

loads of other stuff

mix it all together

and im hopein for roughtly 320 bhp and the same torque! at about 20psi and should make 350 on about 2 bar

needs more boost and setting up though

Have got a diff bottom end which i will be getting sorted soon which has had a few £££s spent on it

Was running

1600cvh with AVA custom inlet(with throttle boddies) custom exhaust manifold, RS500 intercooler, T3 Turbo@ 28(ish) PSI. 228bhp @Wheels





Currently having built Series 3 2.0ZT with Steel Rods, JE Pistons, T38 Turbo etc etc. Retaining the AVA Manifolds and Throttleboddies.

thats the spec of mine. needs settin up tho as its goin up to 19psi odd wen i plant the accelerator which im worried is too much as im not clued up on rs turbos and have only just got the car
