boost pipes too soft

Default boost pipes too soft

as above its very very soft the pipe big one that cums rite off the turbo would this stop my car boosting well ?


also amul vavle sumone told me to plug it off and stopp running it why ?

if you unplug the amal valve it'll boost to 11-12psi iirc wouldnt advise just unplugging it.

soft boost pipe may colapse under load (boost) stopping the car from pulling

Soft hose from metering head to turbo will cause a problem. Get yourself some nice new Samco's. As the old hose deteriates they get soft and collapse under boost.

would that explain why when i boost it pulls hard for a split second then lose the boost ??

Sounds like the hose squishing under the boost. Best get the wallet out and buy a posh set of Samco's for it

does it really make a diff ? i think ill buy it 2moro it boosts nice but seems to stop at 4000rpm and it only spools a 2500 poo poo

also moneys a bit tight at mo would a new std ford item be just as good ?
ive bought sum new sparks and leads both from ford as sum say there the best but again got told they could melt under big boost ????

Or get a set of roosemotosport hoses. Cheaper thansamcos, but better quality
