Default Anyone any experience with tomtom? need some help please :D

Just installed Tomtom 5 onto my XDA and went to sit in the car to set it all up

all is set up, pics up the gps and tells me where i am, but the problem is this

according to the manual, when you are inputting a destination, there should be a keypad on screen to allow you to type in the destination, this is not showing on mine and its the same for all other menus where things need to be typed in has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Had the same - pretty clever, but not when your PDA is sat in a cradle and therefore can't access the physical keyboard

Bill have you upgraded to WM2005? If not....DON'T! It's painfully slow and tomtom5 don't work.

Very well thanks Bill.

The up-side is that if the battery dies you don't lose your data however at a price.....ie slow OS and no Tomtom.
