Even Sunny used to go to the chelsea cruise can u beleive that Got a video of him blasting his sounds there somewhere pmsl Yes the green beast used to be fully loaded with a proper sound system

 

Benn agree'd back in the day,,,well few years ago this used to be a top night out went to one held up there AGES ago,,,have to say it was PANTS

Anybody remember the Dry Street Cruise?

 

oh yes I used to go to both of them,,,,dry street was as funny as fook back in the day!! Shame they shut it really,,,,,as was good there then! The guy that helped start it now runs the arena essex meet,,,which is pants and full of neons oh and he charges a fooking tenner just to get in,,,the fooking cheak of it!!

I think dry street used to be about 3 squids if my memory serves me correctly,,,lol!!

Yeah... I remember the Chelsea Cruise when it started on the Kings Road and went in a big loop over Albert Bridge and Chelsea Bridge and all you could hear was the rumble of V8's instead of the Psssssshhhht of Chump Valves..


Perhaps.... just maybe.......... its the rumble of V8's and the whole American/Custom Car thing they mean by Old School.......

 

hope so would be alot better than seing RS' and uno turbos going round

Dare I say it... Old School nights are being ruined by people who dont drive old school cars and instead of just going at looking and appreciating the Old School stuff and perhaps learning a thing or two... they insist on showing off their driving prowess in their 'new school' cars....

Hissing their chump valves, squeaking their tyres and flashing their flamer kits...

i can tell ya now that i never had anything to do with the mean street cruise at arena essex that guy was called simon breach and it was all about making money thats why the gate entery shot up from Ł2:50 a head to Ł10 a head when i ran it it was a cruise by the people for the people and every1 mucked in oh how i wish for those days again

i know i was strollin dow memory lane and typed the dry street cruise into yahoo and found that i wasnt the only old sad git that remembered it so i had to say somthing ..lol

 

i loved them days ,, ian pinda the ice man in his tincorna and the CTVA van with 26 12" subs .. im thinking of running a 1 off to see who comes wat do ya think ?
