Default cosworth fuel pressure

Whats the fuel pressure on a standard escort cosworth small turbo model and is this affected at all by how much the fuel pump flows.
I'm running 480 cc injectors with a syntec uprated in tank pump pump surposed to be good for 500 bhp and the standard escort cossie small turbo fuel regulator . cheers

I would view a set of 480cc injectors as sub 400bhp capable personally.

Thats not really effect by pump flow, although winding massive pressure on and being able to maintain it can help, but then you get other issues like trouble getting it to idle right.

Think escos is 2.5 bar with the pipe off, but wait to here from someone who knows for sure

this is in my rs2000 mk6 4x4 i just need to know that it will be capable of 350bhp, ineed the fuel pressure to input this in the ecu.
My concern is not all out power just that the regulator is up to the job of feeding the injectors and that the pump is not to powerful , i good with a set of spanners but the in depth stuff "i'm treading on thin ice".
Thanks

No you arent correct, changing pump wont effect it

its the regulator that sets the pressure, changing the pump for a bigger one just means more fuel flows round and back to the return, the pressure should stay the same.

If I'm not mistaken, then standard fuel pressure is 3.5bar with pipe off.

IF you have a standard fuel pressure reg, then you can look on the reg itself.
