need some advise on what to do here,

sold a bonnet on the 9th september, buyer has not paid and has not collected, i have given more than one chance to do this as i am too soft.

anyway i left him bad feedback saying he is a timewaster and do not deal with him, which i think is fair.

now, this is the funny bit, he has left me bad feedback saying i am basically a bully

have a look at all my other feedback and you will see this is not the case!!

was going to do the squaredeal thing but that costs money

What an idiot, i dont use ebay really and im glad i dont if theres people like him about!

 

It's the eBay Catch-22. Mostly I end up not giving a negative in these situations, to save the retaliation negative, yep it's not right but it's reality unless you have like 1000 positive and only a couple of negs, then you can afford to take the odd unjust neg.

Do a Google search, you can get software that does this automatically just a minute before the 3 month deadline like Gus says

 

Its wrong that after being awarded an unpaid item dispute the other party can still leave you like neg feedback

most people understand, I've got 2 -ves and I couldn't care less, one never paid and just vented frustration the other waited 2 weeks until his modified ERST broke down and blamed it on me.

some complete dicks on ebay, I now won't leave feedback if I don't get mine first.

 

on your the feedback he left you, reply calling him a homo fudge packing timewaster!

Then if all goes well, hell be pissed off report you, ebay will remove the feedback and send you a warning

Get his phone number and scare the living daylights out of him for a week or so! It won't get rid of the feedback but it will make it feel more justified

 

same here mate ive been stitched up twice now so i dont leave feed back till they do best way to do it

You can mutually agree to remove the feedback, but sometimes it has gone beyond that... and as you are a big bully then I doubt he'll remove it.


At least you didnt drive to the end of Wales to be had over by some fookin 'Fleece-Lifter' like I did a couple of weeks back for an Anglia van that was '90% restored'

lol...i receieved my first negative tonight from a non paying tosser , i just replyed to it basically, he won an escort cos dash...mailed me within minutes telling me his wife wouldnt let him buy it..so i gave him negative after a week...so i was expecting retaliation so ive reported it unpaid
