If you open a new Conversation, does it not say 'View Conversation History' at the top of the page Window?

Failing that if you go into your 'My Documents' folder, there should be a folder in there called 'My Received Files' in which you will find a further folder for your MSN login. In there should be a file containing the conversation history for everyone that you have spoken to.

Tools ---> Options ---> Messages

Down the bottom is Message History. Check to see if it is enabled and if so the path it goes to.
