cheers mate

i tried a hot water bottle on my neck to see if it would relax it but no luck

even called up 1 of my lady friends to give me a massage to try and free it

no matter how much i try to move it it feels like it wants to break!

as said, DO NOT put heat on it, as that will cause swelling and further pain. put a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel over the area.

and get yourself to a good chiropractor that will straighten everything out quick smart.

Ice is best + anti-inflammatory tablets.

If it don't sort it go see a ciropractor. They're not as bad as they sound.

Are you sure it's not wankers cramp neck?

I still have a bit of a problem with my neck and see a ciropractor now and then. Sounds like you need to use the ice and if it doesn't help deffo go and see one. Be careful and ask to see their certifications first...there are alot of conmen and women out there. The last thing you need is to walk out feeling worse than you are.

the gel doesn't really work to be honest. you need the ice pack (or peas) to get the cold really penetrating the joint. and as sunny says, take some ibuprofen if you're not allergic to it.
