uprated clutch ratchit

anybody know what parts and part numbers are needed to uprate from the plastic clutch ratchit please?

you can use the clutch peddal from a mk 7 escort and it has a allen key adjuster on it if thats any help to you mate

been on AP RACINGS web site, theirs a page you can print off tells you everything on their.
